Babione's Air Conditioning & Heating

I had a bit of trouble with my unit , it being only 4 years old my parts were covered but they went above and beyond to help! The tech Troy dilks explained everything to me to make it make sense and prevention! He definitely knows his stuff! I thank you guys for! Ask for Troy he will due his due diligence and get to the bottom of what the problem is!

Jeremy was awesome! He arrived on time and resolved my issue. The repair costs i felt were on the high side, but not the tech's fault.

Tyler & Jeremy Thrasher completed the scheduled maintenance & the repairs that surfaced on our AC unit very professionally and quickly after discovering the various problems, the unit was having and Tyler supplied a temporary thermostat so we had air in heat and Jeremy replaced another part that failed after Tyler was here. The only remaining items remaining from the maintenance is the annual AC filters, 20 X 25 and the replacement of the thermostat that was Working properly that is covered by our agreement scheduled Thursday 2 - 26.

I can't say enough about Babiones A/C & Heating. From the first call with speaking to the office staff to schedule an appointment, which was the same day at at estimated time with being informed about the inspection fee. Then to have the technician Troy D. do a thorough job to find the problem and to have a quote emailed to us the next morning. I spoke with James the Office Manager in regards to financing. Since it was a repair he sent me the link to Wells Fargo to apply for financing which would be used for Babiones Service. I got approval in less than a minute. James was able to have a part ordered and Troy came out the next day. Great service and Great People.

EDIT: roughly 48 hours after the following review the company reached out and said they would get the inspection completed within the next 24 hours. The next day the inspection was in fact completed and now this ordeal is behind us. My girlfriend's dad passed away and she is selling the house. We had to replace the ac for the buyers. They installed the new system and it works great. The house is under contract and the system needs to be inspected. We have called and called and keep getting it's the county's fault. However when we have called the county they have been nothing but completely helpful. First they couldn't get the paperwork. We called the county and got the paperwork..
