This is our second time to use Bacallao. Jackie was very knowledgeable and professional with establishing our quote. Brad, also very nice and professional, came to our house for measurements. Justin, Justin’s helper, and Samuel did our installation and they were very courteous and conscientious with keeping our home clean while they worked. Every person we have come in contact with at Bacallao has been so nice and we would recommend them to anyone. Awesome Experience!!!

TERRIBLE company. Poor installation. Poor customer service. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. As you can see from the pictures, the “seal” that was applied to our granite doesn’t even cover the entire area. Hence, the reason why chunks of the granite are falling out of the granite. The “seal” they used mimics a piece of tape. The “granite” is extremely porous-more porous than “granite” is supposed to be-the finish is “spotty;” visible bubble patterns-not a smooth finish-as granite is supposed to appear. I reached out to the Owner-he asked that I send pictures of the chips and pictures of where the seal was/wasn’t visible. So I did-then he told me he would “send someone out to inspect and repair these issues-“for $175 an hour!! No thanks. Fix your mistake! We’ve had this granite

They helped me select a special piece of granite for my recent kitchen remodel. When they didn't have the exact slab we wanted, they were able to locate one and have it shipped in from another granite supplier. Excellent service and results.
