I’m very disappointed with service and follow-through on my recent fence project in June 2025. I was assured that the old concrete fr a removed post had been cleared and even received a photo as proof-only to later discover it was just covered with dirt and left in place. Several pickets already warping, and the installation looks crooked in multiple areas. I chose this company because of the positive reviews, but sadly, my experience has not reflected that. I trusted their word, but the quality and honesty fell short.

No.. I would will Not be using back yard builders ever again. The workers was very rude. I paid. $990.00 for them to fix My Gate. So I can get a vehicle in and out of my backyard. My neighbor came out of her house and asked the guys. Could they fix her Fence.? They did ....they charged her. $250.00 for a brand new Fence and they fixed hers before they even got to mine.I was the paying customer that payed the most... not happy with this company at all. Have pictures to prove it.
