Backyard Leisure - Peoria, IL

I spent the last few weeks with Cassandra out of the Peoria store and Eric out of the Springfield store. I am new to salt water jacuzzi and had a ton of questions. They were quick to take my calls and were very knowledgeable, they sent me links to review as needed, and were never pushy at all. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with them both. We look forward to many years of our family getting to enjoy our new jacuzzi, and know that if we ever have issues or questions that the experienced workers at backyard leisure will be readily available to take care of our needs. I highly recommend anyone looking for jacuzzis, give them a chance to earn your business and you will not regret it.

We met Cassandra at Costco at a spa event and were immediately drawn to her forthright speech and posture. Some months later we visited the Peoria store and spent some time reviewing the various tubs. Seeing and touching and sitting. We reached an agreeable sales agreement and purchased our tub. We looked at four other businesses. Cassandra and Backyard leisure were most informative and helpful. The Caldera spa is simply unsurpassed in comfort amenities. Cassandra is an absolute wealth of information and help. She goes above and beyond to meet and know the needs of her customer

Cassandra did an excellent job explaining the features of the different hot tubs and had great follow through on the sale. I would recommend her highly!

CASSANDRA was absolutely amazing and great to work with. She took a lot of time to meet with us, and she was very patient with answering all our questions and we asked a lot of questions! She even took time away from her family plans to meet with us after normal business hours. I work with people in sales everyday of my business life. CASSANDRA is very good at her job for 1 major reason, she actually cares about her customer. She is passionate about helping her customers get everything they want, and make sure they spend their hard earned money only in the areas needed to give us what we wanted and didn’t want. Cassondra at the Peoria location is so knowledgeable about saltwater hot tubs or anything to do with spas. I 💯 % recommend you talk to her if you are looking to buy anytime soon.
