Backyard Oasis did a great job on the construction of our pool and spa. Andre’s was our designer who created the perfect relaxing atmosphere for our life style! Isaiah who was our construction foreman kept us informed on every step! If we had any questions or concerns, Isaiah got us the answers quickly. The project took a little over 4 weeks from start to finish. Mason took care of our training in materials and maintenance of our pool. He instructed the “Pool School” and showed us everything that we needed to know about our pool! Emily who worked out of their Office was always there to answer any questions along the way. We’ve had an amazing build experience with Backyard Oasis. Mikayla and Ramon did a fantastic job bringing our back yard to life with pool, spa, fire and water features. The involvement of the team was a great experience from start to finish. This was our first pool and Ramon spent the time to explain every part of the process. We got project estimates from 3 companies and Backyard Oasis was the Best by far. Our sales person Jody was responsive and worked with us to get our design right and within our budget. Our pool build manager Ramon was awesome. He made sure we understood what step we were are from start to finish and from the dig to water in the pool was 5 weeks which was unbelievable. He made sure we were fully satisfied with everything and also knew how everything worked when they were done first class service from start to finish, would highly recommend these guys.
