This business seems to go out of its way to coordinate deliveries with school drop-off times. This basically shuts down a crucial four way stop, creates unsafe situations for an elementary school, and causes all kinds of traffic issues for school busses and everyone else. Please fix it!!

I have used Backyardpools, for what will be the seventh year now and I have to say every single year there has been delays in opening my pool. I have had to call them every year many times, multiple times so that they can get the chemicals, right. This year was no exception in trying to get my pool open before Derby. When the water didn’t clear after a week, I reached out and was told that they’re super busy and not sure if they could come out or not. I ended up having to clean the filters myself and when I reached out to Laura to ask if they were ever going come out to balance the chemicals, she asked me if I’d rather just do it myself because she didn’t know if she’d be able to send anybody out or not . If you're looking for a pool maintenance company, they are amazing. After our pool was built in 2022, the maintenance company completely left us high and dry. We tried 5 different companies and couldn't get anyone the first year we had our pool. No one would call us back or answer texts. Our neighbor recommended Backyard Pools, and they have been great! Very friendly, very accommodating, and they do a great job.
