Backyard Reflections

Backyard Reflections was incredible to work with on our landscaping project. Their team was super diligent, taking the time to understand our vision and turning it into an amazing 3D render that inspired us to think even bigger. The attention to detail and creativity they brought to the project was unmatched, and the final result was beyond our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out—highly recommend them!

We have had multiple projects going this summer. We have worked with many teams. Every project had to be done in a specific order. Each contractor had a window of completion. Of all the companies we worked with, from start to finish, Backyard Reflections was a stand out company for sure. We did have a potential problem with scheduling, which was in part my fault as I assumed everyone knew the 4 week window. The project manager quickly resolved the problem and we stayed on track. The crew that came out communicated very well. The finished result exceeded our expectations. They cleaned up the site impeccably!! Our experience with Backyard Reflections was wonderful. Their office staff was knowledgeable and their crew was efficient and hard working. Communication was easy and they were very responsive. They finished before our deadline and transformed the property. We look forward to using them more in the future for more projects on our property!

Backyard Reflection is a company I would never recommend to anyone! My parents had nothing but problems with them. They were very unprofessional. Made many promises they could not keep. They continually pushed back their project for months, resulting in us not being able to enjoy the property as we had been looking forward to all winter. Numerous times we tried contacting them, if we were lucky enough to get a response, it was days later, with a text or email. Resulting in many sleepless nights considering there was a large deposit made. They had to eventually physically go to their office and demand their money back. Not a company I would recommend!
