I had a great experience this morning, walking in and asking them to make a motorcycle muffler hanger to my design. Courteous, quick, and perfect work. Not expensive, either. Couldn't ask for better.

I purchased a memorial flag holder, and a personalized satin brass plaque to go on it as a gift for Christmas. The metal plate was 2 weeks late in the mail, and when it arrived 4 days before Christmas it was too wide for the case. I went out on a limb and googled metal shops. I called Badger diversified Metals and they told me to bring it in. They gladly were able to cut it to fit the case, and did not charge me. Great customer service and really made my holiday brighter.
