Badger Heating and Air Conditioning

I had a high-priority issue the day before thanksgiving that left me without a working furnace. After calling around and being told that everyone else was "too busy," I found a Badger Heating sticker on the furnace and gave them a call. They had a tech out that day who was extremely knowledgeable and personable able to get our heat back on in a matter of minutes. The little things he did that the many others we've had in our home this winter never thought of, like taking his shoes off at the front door rather than constantly tracking snow and sand on to our brand new carpet, were what showed me that they know top-notch service at Badger. I'll never call anyone else for my heating & air conditioning needs. Thank you!!

Badger Heating and Air Conditioning was very responsive to our need for furnace repair. We were able to get an assessment within 24 hours and repair within days, as soon as the part was received. The cost of repair was very fair.

Update - Jan. 2025 - I set the thermostst too low and condensation completely froze shut in the exhaust pipe during the Polar Vortex, and ultimately the furnace died. Badger dispatched people to help it limp along but it did not make it. Badger helped me select a new furnace and wifi thermostat and installed them within a few days of order despite the furnace shipment time and strong customer demand. I am a Happy Camper once again 🙂 August 2024 - All three people I dealt with were friendly and courteous. My furnace would not fire up. It was a non-emergency, but in late August with winter approaching it was serious. I scheduled an appointment a week out. The repair person, Allen, came on time, was neat and polite and well equipped with tools and diagnostic equipment. He quickly set
