Excellent service this far. Spoke to Lisa about new flooring options. An installer was sent out quickly to take measurements, pricing followed the next day. I placed an order for an in-stock material and am expecting installation next week. Lisa was very professional, prompt, and attentive. 🤞The Installation goes as smoothly as the sale.

We had floors installed in April. The installer they use had an incompetent employee who dida horrible job. They came out to "fix" it but still had issues. Waiting on a second time to"fix" it. Installer is NEVER on time and has had multiple excuses on why he is late. And I'm talking hours late. And Noone ever calls to inform on being late. I have to call and find out what's going on. Only to have appointments rescheduled.

I wasn't going to leave a review originally, but ive had so many issues the past year. I will say i have not reached out to them about any of my recent issues, but that is due to how i was treated by one of their lead install guys. Backstory: I had them put in new carpet and hardwood in my home February 2022. I had a very difficult time with the crew they sent to my home. The whole install experience was unprofessional. The crew were all smokers and smelled awful to the point my home smelled like smoke (im highly allergic and they were informed). I had to repaint my daughter's room, because they went in there while doing the hall carpet and we could not get the smoke smell out. That is how bad they smelled like smoke. They never removed their shoes/put on booties either and took breaks e

Lisa quickly got a guy out to my house to measure my rooms and emailed me back with a quote. Scheduled for my carpet on Friday and hope their installation is just as great as everything else has been. So far they have been wonderful working with! Very kind and reasonably priced! Will edit once it is installed if it allows me to! Awesome experience from beginning to end!! Our house looks amazing with the updated carpet. Staller was excellent at what he does and very professional!! Would recommend this company over and over!!!

Can't speak highly enough of this company! Was amazed from the beginning to the end; from coming out for an estimate, to helping us find the flooring that worked for us (which was the longest part of the process thanks to my wife), to the install (which was a mess in itself thanks to the home builder and they knocked it out of the park for us), to the change orders and additions that we wanted, to the punch out items which were knocked out instantaneously! Communication was great and timeline was on point! Tina was awesome, as well as the father / son duo (Michael / Michael) and everyone else involved in our project. Will have additional work that needs to be done here shortly and will definitely be using them again for it and recommending them to anyone looking to get any flooring work do
