Alana spent over 2 hours at our home discussing the best options for our garage. She has a wealth of knowledge and so personable. Amazing to work with! Her team, Jesse, Jason, and Law were punctual, professional, and answered any questions we had. They provided a walk through prior to installation of our split vac system and ensured everything was spot on before conducting the work. True professionals and we will be working with for all future needs.

We have been going to Baggett for our HVAC needs for +5 years- never had a single complaint. They have replaced two HVACs in our house and worked with us throughout the process to find the best system for us, answering all questions we had. Baggett saved us when our ancient system went down just before the ice storm and big freeze. Jesse kept us going for two weeks through the bad weather. Then they came back and installed a new system. It was very good work, everything runs smoothly, and the staff were outstanding. Shout out to Jesse, Chad, and Law who were on the job at our house. Every one of these guys are professional, kind, and good to have doing work at our place.
