Bought new propane stove. Lowes does not disconnect old stove. Bahr's was able to send Mike to unhook the old stove, move it for pickup by Lowes, and connect the new stove with better quality hoses than what was offered by Lowe's. All within 30-40 minutes. Kevin has been working with me for some time to resolve a mold problem created by an oversized unit installed by a different local company. Unlike the previous installer, he is very educated in homes insulated with icining. His team truly care about you and your health. The new install was flawless and I was kept well informed. After being given the run around by other HVAC companies last year and still having heat and air problems, I called Bahr's Propane Gas and AC who responded quickly and assured me that power was getting to the unit, that the heat strip was heating and that the only problem was the blower. They even had the part on hand and the replacement took no time. I appreciate that my problem was fixable and that Bahr did not use scare tactics to try and persuade me to replace my 7 year old unit. I will not use another heat and air company! You shouldn't either!

Jaden came out for a no heat/ air call. This young man was very kind and knowledgeable and very professional. He arrived in a timely manner.Found a couple of issues and had us fixed up quickly at an affordable price. Thank you Jaden and the team at Bahr’s for always providing outstanding service.

Bahrs has great customer service. Taylor in the office was great. Jeffery that did the work at my house was very knowledgeable, friendly and did great work. Him and His boss Mike I believe was very knowledgeable about what I needed and made changes last minute to make my propane job work out great.
