He explained what needed to be done and why and gave us an estimate upfront. He takes pride in his work, is courteous, considerate and stands by his service. Bailey's hasn't shoveled snow from their sidewalk or replaced the bulbs on the street lights in the past five years. If they don't care about their neighbors, how can you expect them to care about their clients?

I called 3 times and left 3 voicemails over 6 business days and I gave them 2 weeks to reply before I wrote this review. I only called them because I need a repair and their sticker was on the inside garage wall of a home that I just purchased. I guess they didn’t want my business and I’ll have to find someone else’s sticker to put on my garage wall.

Outstanding customer service! My garage door broke at 7:00pm on a friday night and Matt the owner drove over 2 hours to come and fix my garage door for free. You couldn't pay another company to do that for you.

We had a problem with our garage door that was installed less than a year ago, after our last thunderstorm two weeks ago. We have been unable to get a service technician to come out and fix it.
