Bailey Hardwoods recently refinished our hardwood floors, and the results are absolutely stunning. The floors look brand new, with a smooth, even finish and a beautiful natural shine. The team was professional, punctual, and took great care to protect the surrounding areas while they worked. They explained the entire process clearly and completed the job on time. Left our floors looking like this with hundred of holes and 3-4 gaps. We called the owner and I asked him to come out and look at the second part of the job to ensure they could do it correctly since they delivered the wrong flooring for it . He quit the job and told us to find someone else. Offered to putty the gaps and holes in the first part but we are really disappointed with the job, and the customer service .

Fantastic work, they have refinished the floors in my old home & installed new floors in my new home. Both jobs were done timely & with excellent craftsmanship. They care about their work & take pride in a job well done! Very reasonable & beat the “box” store prices easily!

They installed hardwood floors in my house 10 years ago. Still beautiful! Best decision I ever made to use these guys. They took incredible care with a very heavy piano and entertainment center! Brought felt tips ! Taught me how to care for them. I highly recommend their cleaner as well! Priced better than DIY!
