BAILEY'S FLOORING CARPET And Vinyl Installation

Last spring I needed my high quality carpet re stretched. It was several years old and had a few bubbles in it. I agreed to pay about double what others charged so I could have it done immediately. Bailey's promised it would never need a re stretch. A month later some bubbles reappeared. I called Bailey's and left a message They never returned my call. I sent unanswered text messages. Then I was gone for an extended period of time. Last week I sent Bailey's an email concerning the repair work. I plan to send pictures, phone call info and check photo copies to the IRS. When I paid for the work, cash was requested. I didn't have cash on hand. He asked me to make a check out to his grandmother. I doubt his grandmother owns the company. I don't think the IRS will find anyone claimed the incom

I have had numerous carpet and vinyl jobs done by James. He is awesome at what he does. Good quality work! Loved everything about the jobs that he did for me. I would highly recommend James with Bailey's flooring to anyone in the Butler county area! He takes pride in his work and makes sure the customer is fully 100% satisfied. Tried for almost a week to have him come out to put in my carpet. He either didn't answer or had an excuse as to why he couldn't make it. Never answered the phone and rarely texted back, and when he did it was just an excuse as to why he was running late or couldn't come. Do not even bother calling unless you feel like waiting around for hours on end for him not to show up. Would love to give a 0 star. Absolutely unprofessional.
