We've used this company several times now. The gentleman is always extremely helpful, positive, and a wealth of information. He goes out of his way to offer solutions with budget in mind as well as looking to the future health and serviceability of our system. Our 1960's concrete tank is still going strong. Truly an example of how service should be, thank you Bailey's!

A shoutout to Bailey’s Septic Tank Service! I am a longtime customer and they never disappoint! I woke up this morning to a backed up septic system… not a great way to start your day! I called the office before business hours, and left a message. I received a callback shortly after they opened. Diane indicated that they were booked up today, but offered to contact their non-urgent scheduled customers to see if anyone was willing to delay their appointment. She called back within 30 minutes and said I was on the morning schedule! I got a text message with an ETA before they arrived, which was helpful. The technician that came, Don, inspected the tank and found there was a blockage in the pipe coming into the tank. Thankfully, he was able to clear that out which eliminated the need to call a

I was referred to Baileys to do a pre-purchase septic inspection. Glen came out and spent 45 minutes searching about an acre of wooded lot for our drain field to no avail. Unfortunately the septic permit did not accurately pinpoint the location of the field and as hard as he tried, Glen was unable to locate it. Instead of pushing forward without this key piece of the inspection and charging us, he recommended that we call the original septic installers and provided us some great tips and education, at no charge. Upon calling the competitor who installed the system, I was informed the cost would not only be 50% more than Baileys but they would charge me 50 dollars additional to pull the permit!! I was stunned. I called Baileys back and spoke to Diane, whom I had already had the pleasure of
