I normally love these guys and have used them for years, but unfortunately I won’t be using them again due to a billing issue. I recently received an invoice for service in December — which turned out to be from a previous year. I couldn’t prove it hadn’t been paid, so I reluctantly paid the $250 just to resolve it. That said, I’ve always paid within a few days of service, and since then I’ve had other work completed that was paid for without issue. If anything, it seems there may be a billing process problem that needs to be addressed. It’s a shame, because they were my go-to plumber and I always appreciated their work.

They're quick, efficient, & very knowledgeable. And for my DIY plumbing fixes, I don't even bother going to the big-box stores anymore, because I know that Baird's has it. That weird part you need - they have it!

Highly recommend. Assisted in parts purchasing, and further supported when I reached my DIY dead end. Tech was able to pickup where I left off, made the correct diagnosis very quickly. Secured a repair part next and installed quicker than the diagnosis.

Shows up for an entire house/vent clog, installs a cleanout in the middle of a 90 and destroyed the main sewage line where it comes through the wall into the house and then lied straight to my face telling me everything was draining and the main was clear. House was never unclogged, showed up with half the tools for the job, destroyed the hub into the house and then tells me in so many words to kick rocks and won't be out here for at least a month and i should call someone else

They sent out a tech, Doug, who did nothing short of a perfect job. Explained everything thoroughly, gave us a tremendous sense of relief when everything worked perfectly, and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He even had parts and items on-hand to make the repair as fast and efficient as possible, and took care to be cautious with our baby in the house. FIVE STAR REVIEW FOR DOUG.
