I'm sorry to say but I cannot recommend BairdsAC. Here is my setup. I have an 1800 square foot house, 2 floors. He installed one 5 ton unit into the property for the builder during construction. I bought the house brand new. I noticed it was always really humid in the house, and it made me worry about mold and sure enough I was seeing mold forming after about a year of owning. Also, there was 1 air intake vent to the unit of a size of 20x20. When the unit was on it just about sucked the air filter down into the unit. That’s how much air it was trying to pull thru that small opening. I did some research online and with chatgpt and sure enough, the intake vent was far, far under sized. I called him about it and he said he designed it right and stood by it and wouldn’t address anyth

Johnathan came to determine why my hvac vents were condensating and found each vent was not properly insulated in the attic. Issue persisted, and he returned and pulled each vent, caulked all around the vents, custom cut foam seals, and reinstalled the vents. NO MORE CONDENSATION!!! To our surprise, he refused to charge us the second trip. He sounded like my dad, who would not charge more for the secondary repairs when the first did not fix the issue. This is someone I will continue to use and highly recommend him.
