Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Jasmine showed up the first time and explained in detail the process, which I truly appreciate her honesty. I decided to retain their services, even though it was not necessary but it was for my piece of mind. During the process, Jasmine explained step by step the procedure. I’ve asked them to come back for 2 follow-up sessions because pests are pests and they’ve been nothing but super understanding and helpful! The last time they came back, she was a lot more thorough and really wanted to get to the root cause of them so she even went outside and treated the place. I had a great experience with them and I highly recommend Baja Wildlife! 10/10 customer service too.

Jazmin from Baja Wildlife & Pest Control is amazing. She has taken care of all my pest control needs at multiple locations and I have been happy with every experience. A few of my challenges required creative solutions and Jazmin did not leave me until she felt like the problem was resolved. Watching her work is pretty impressive- she thinks like a rodent or bug. She locates the points of entry and finds ways to eliminate the problems completely. I would love a world where bugs and rodents just stayed outside and left us alone, but since that world does not exist, I am very happy to have Jazmin on our team. I would never hire anyone else.

I highly recommend Baja Wildlife & Pest Control. My grandma had a roach problem at her house so I gave them a call from a recommendation from a friend that was very happy with their top notch service. Michael and Jasmine are very knowledgeable in there profession and made time to come out to take a assessment of the situation and was able to get rid of the unwanted roaches faster then expected.
