Baker Bros Area Rugs & Flooring

After shopping for tile at a few stores, Baker Brother's was our next stop. We were warmly welcomed and our salesman, Brett, was very helpful. He knew his merchandise and offered good advice. We planned to remove carpet in the bedroom and the walk-in closet. We thought the existing tile in master bath should be removed too for a smooth flow. Brett suggested leaving the tile as is. (He was right.) Brett made arrangements to bring tile samples to our home and take measurements. We decided on one. Brett arranged for installers and scheduled us quickly. The installers, twin brothers, Oscar and Omar, were very skilled, pleasant, and dependable. We were extremely pleased with their work. Working with Baker Brother's was a very good experience!

Sara was great at Baker Bros Area Rugs & Flooring. She knew her stock of rugs and opened up rugs on the hanging rack that she thought would work in our living room. We ended up buying a rug which fit in beautifully with our decor.

Very positive experience. Sara is the BEST. She made sure that I was comfortable with the carpet I picked out. Let me take samples home and made suggestions. The installer was the best ever. Super clean and thorough. Way better than flooring express!

My installer Marco was one of the best workers I've ever had in my home. He did an excellent job of installing and he cleaned up after himself!! It made my job easy after he left. I even tipped him when he was finished and I would recommend that his employer do the same thing!!! Marco is one of a kind and you are fortunate to have him!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I also want to thank Sara Gonzalez for her help in picking my backsplash tile!! 👏👏👏👏

Brett worked with us, west Bell Rd location. He was fabulous!! We were looking for a certain color & he pulled out every sample in the color to help us. Then when we had a problem at delivery time ON HIS DAY OFF he intervened for us. This guy is a great asset to Baker Bros !! Quality of the product is also great. Very, very happy with the product.
