I want to give a big shoutout to Leo at Baker Distributing for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, and he did it with true professionalism. Leo was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process smooth and easy. It’s rare to come across someone who’s both helpful and respectful, but Leo delivered on all fronts. Some of the other branches I do stay away from but the Daytona branch is my go to. Knowledgeable staff and super eager to help. Always has my order ready and correct when I’m there to pick it up. Love the counter guys, always easy to talk with and get the parts, supply’s and equipment I need.

Went in to purchase guy at register didn’t even acknowledge me 15 minutes! Another couple guys there nothing. He sat on his chair on the phone had to get up still nothing said like I’ll be with u waddled to the back . Another guy in bay . Looks like I’ll be looking for another company . When you hire lazy people don’t care enough to comb their hair maybe it reflects on yr company.

Super nice people, and they walked out to my car without hesitation. There was a little mix up, but even after that they took care of it in a very polite manner. I would recommend for anyone else looking for A/C and Heating equipment.
