Terrible service. Tech was unqualified and didn't have proper tools to do his job, but sent bill anyway. I had to call another company to fix what Florida Cool's tech screwed up and lucky I did or it would have damaged my house if not fixed correctly by another company. Complaints to the company were continually ignored. The only thing they are good at is sending out bills for terrible service work. Stay away from this firm at all costs. They suck.
I just got my license and i came to get a water inlet valve for an ice machine and they ( David ) were charging me 500 dollars, they excuse was that I don’t have an account yet, well i went to fort myers location and bought it for 138 dollars plus tax.
(Truck driver) Always have a good experience when delivering to Baker.
They did a decent job. Except my hand is stuck in a toaster.
Customer service at this location needs serious improvement.
