I went to Baker Distributor needing some AC line I told the agent that I was installing a new heat pump and the line running from the coils to the air handler was a different size then the new unit and told him the unit size was 3/4!and the line was 5/8 should I adapt it or what and he recommended to replace the line so I bought it mat $120.00 took it home and it was the same size as the old one so I took it back to the store and the guy I showed it to said it was boxed wrong and went to his boss and told him what was going on and he said to check a new box so he did and it was the same so at that point the manager said this is y we don't sell to home owners insinuating that home owners are the source of his income directly or indirectly. He refused to return . Not a person ther new that A

Very helpful supply house. Larry is my go to guy at this Branch! He goes out of his way to get me the parts that I'm looking for. I highly recommend!

Don't bother calling ...you'll be placed on hold for half an hour or more ...your best bet is to go in and speak with Larry .

Contiuosly placed us on hold rather than take our call 5 min before closing and all we wanted to know were their hours of operation because it wasn't posted anywhere online.
