My folks went here and wanted to get some info about some AC parts, and one of the white dudes there kept saying "Need an account, need an account" as soon as they walked in, being rude towards them without even giving them a chance to speak or listen to them. The other guy there was apologizing to them. Whoever this racist guy was acting like that to my parents simply because they were black? Shame on you. Will not be coming back there again.
