Went to purchase a capacitor as a electrical contractor unknowingly you can’t purchase one from a distributor without a Ac license. The gentleman Jason at the counter got aggressively angry 😡 or disturbed by me asking questions regarding why not or whom will sell me one for my personal home. A lady I believe Wendy was her names came out was very sweet and thoughtful to my concerns and questions as a licensed electrical contractor. I seen no reason not to be able to purchase something like a capacitor as a licensed electrical contractor. When I can go on line and purchase it myself. In which to makes the HVAC license point completely irrelevant. There was no reason to be confrontational to a customer asking questions like this was a top secret place. If your looking for Nitro, Oxygen or acetylene they don’t carry at this location anymore

Excellent customer service from Amanda, Kenna and Jason, really keep the place moving and keep a friendly atmosphere, they go above and beyond to provide the service contractors need to keep a happy customer relationship, as far as getting warranty parts and having good inventory, and if they don't have it, they usually can the next day. Keep up the good work guys and girls. 😁
