Horrible customer service guy at counter needs customer service training ASAP. Walked out went to different supplier

We are an HVAC business and we've been working with Baker for quite some time now, and we couldn't be happier with their service. They are consistently helpful and go above and beyond to ensure we get what we need as soon as possible. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch distribution services.

Horrible customer service! I get that you can't give advice to a home owner, but no "I'm sorry or I appligize, unfortunately we are unable to give advise". Just straight into "So, we don't give advice to residential home owners because that's a slippery slope" in condescending tone. I just wanted to know what the part was called and how it functions. You may be an A/c expert, but you sure need some basic customer service skills. It was almost as if you enjoyed turning me away from a purchase, because I'm not an expert.

The gang over at Baker Distributing in Plant City are TOP NOTCH!! I recently started working at a local contractor and they have been fantastic every time I call them for anything. These guys definitely go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service!! Way to go guys!! (TJ, Mike, Donna, and my boy Josue!!)
