This place is completely lacking in good customer service, which is disappointing considering what their own page says: “Our network of dedicated Sales Managers, Sales Center Employees, Customer Support Representatives, and Technical Service Advisors are ready to serve you.” Unfortunately, that couldn’t be further from the truth. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to wait while employees are on their phones or arguing about who should help me. Just today, one of the employees was openly calling customers names and seemed irritated about having to do his job. This type of behavior happens often — they talk badly about customers who just left, right in front of others. It’s unprofessional and shows no respect for the people who keep the business running. Very nice people! I go there regularly and they always go the extra mile for me and for my employees. I love Icp products and I recommend it thanks God I do not have deal with so many coil leaking problems like I used to do with the othe brand I was working with.

Quick unloading nice folks easy backing space for over night parking if allowed.

I always find what I need, they are well stocked, the counter sales will go out of their way to help you. Only problem is that they sale a good brand ( ÎCP ) so the branch is busy most of the time
