Slow service and bad attitude Chris ordered the wrong unit after waiting a week and being charged 100$ shipping additional for a “special order”. Had me stand around for an hour before telling me they weren’t going to be able to help me. Did not feel like my business was important to them Would never go back
Excellent place to shop for all you HVAC needs. This place is to licensed trade and contractors only.
The guy who works there obviously hates his job. Even with proper certification, he was very condescending while we were getting a part
