Bottom line, the "warranty" that they provide through "ICP" is a catch 22 to get out of warranting their defective products. I would stay clear of not only Baker Distributing, but also the Carrier brand, and anything labeled "ICP". It's not worth the headache nor the time.

Pleasant lady at the counter offered me options on air handler motor on Apr 19. Happy to say, I got it installed, and it works fine.

I agree with euvien. Don't waste your time. They didn't want to even give me the time of day. Lady wouldn't even respond to the question I asked her. I was told by someone that goes there frequently they sell packages and separate parts for what I needed and she told me to "Google" the problem I was having. Won't recommend, won't go back, won't get my time back.
