Outstanding customer service! It took years to track down a problem where one breaker would trip during heavy rainstorms. Electrician #5 said he thought it was caused by an attic fan even though the fan didn't seem to have any wiring problems. I thought maybe it was the roof vent/fan that Baker installed that was letting in water so I called Baker: 7 years after their install! The NEXT MORNING, Baker had someone at my house investigating the problem! No wiring issues with the fan were found, again, but the tech, Wayne Stanfield, moved the fan's temp sensor away from the hole in the roof to reduce the chance of moisture intrusion. We started researching roofing options about 2 years ago for ourselves and for the HOA I oversee on a Board of Directors. After talking to roofers we know personally back home about different brands and durability, all of them recommended Owens Corning Duration Shingles. From there I contacted Owens Corning first to get a better understanding of their warranty and different levels of offerings. We know we wanted a Platinum warranty with the system that gives a 50 year warranty that Owens Corning stands behind on labor. One thing to note-each roofing company sets the price on the warranty-so when pricing check multiple roofers when getting quotes. One quote was much more than Baker's for the same roof and products. If you are looking for roof and dont wanna pay and outrageous amount for good quality work and materials call Jarrette Anderson at BRC. Everywhere else was quoting us at 10+thousand dollars these guys came in under 7k! You cant beat the price. They had our roof on in one day. Cleaned up everything even folded the tarps we had on the roof and neatly placed them on the porch! Couldn't ask for better. Thank you guys.

We had a wonderful experience with the Baker Roofing Company. Van Lilly and Brandon Kutil were our sales representative and project manager, respectively. They, and the crew who performed the work on our property, were wonderful from start to finish. We have highly recommended Baker to others in our neighborhood based on our experience. The work was completed in a timely manner, our home was always left impeccably neat, and the communication before, during, and after our install was excellent. Our roof looks fantastic and did much to update the overall appearance of the home.

The work roof replacement on my house was excellent. I recommended Baker to my next door neighbor and he has Baker replace his roof. I was told by Baker that I would a monetary reward for getting them the job. That was 6 months ago. All I've heard is they are working on it from the salesman. Writing a letter got no response. Shows me once the job is done they're not interested in follow-up. This is an update: I just received a call from Baker with a large apology. The refund apparently fell through the cracks since they are my roofing company for my properties both here on the coast as well as in Raleigh.
