We have used Bakers mechanical services for more then five years. We have had him do work on our rental homes and on our personal home, from complete installation to fixing problems. He has been the best guy we have ever had, always shows up when he says he will, does an outstanding job and I can definitely trust him with my personal home. if I’m not even there, I’ll just tell him to go inside and take care of the issue and never have to worry about anything. My furnace decided to completely die during the recent snowstorm, with temperatures dropping below freezing, and I was honestly in a panic. Bakers stepped in and truly saved the situation. They worked through bitter cold conditions to assess the situation and get a new furnace installed and had heat restored as quickly as possible. Kyle was awesome! He came out to diagnose a mystery problem that no other (larger) HVAC company that we had out here could figure out, and he didn’t give up until it was solved. He was beyond generous with his time, and I feel I owe him far more than I gave him, so I’m here on Google to at least help get their name out there! We have an old 1924 house with lots of mysteries in the ductwork and HVAC systems as the house was recently gutted and renovated, and there was a really loud whistling and rattling noise coming from the upstairs booster fan and ducts. He figured out the source of both the whistling and the rattling, and was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
