Baker's Plumbing Heat & Air

I hate leaving bad reviews on small businesses but I feel this one is beyond earned. We have been begging to have our AC unit fixed since May and it is now August. It has flooded our attic 3 times, failed to hold temp even when we have it set at 75 and in the hottest part of the year we have had no air. We have called and been patient and had techs tell us they have tried everything they know and it's in the hands of the owner... Not a single call or care shown by the owner until we called the contractor that built the house. My house is 91°, I have kids that are beyond miserable, we're worried about mold in our attic from the repeated flooding and still no solution in sight. I am extremely disappointed in our experience. We called Baker to fix a leak in our well house, 2 guys came out, looked at it , told us what needed to be done, looked in the well, told us we needed the sand replaced in the cistern and left. A few days later we got a call with a quote......that was in June. We got a bill for over $200 and nothing was ever done, still need new sand and still have a leak. The bill was paid promptly. I have called and been told I would get a call back in a few days and no call back. Looking for a new plumber who will actually do the repairs and not just charge for looking at it.

Kenny and family/team are always professional and handled an emergency water line that got damaged with a ditch witch! They showed up within 45 minutes and took care of everything within 20 min. We were back up and running smooth in no time. They also handle all our septic cleanings and do a great job with that too. Good people at this business and they do their best to accommodate emergencies. Appreciate ya’ll!

Horrible customer service. I called to have work done on my ac two years ago. I was told they would send someone over to give me a quote. No one ever came and no one even called. This year, I needed some plumbing due to a leak. Again, they took my information. Said someone could come within 48 hours. No one came. No one called. Horrible way to do business. I do not recommend this place for anyone. The owner's response to my review says im lying. Don't take my word. There are multiple reviews saying the exact same thing. I guess we are all liars. Instead of responding to our Google reviews with lies, why don't you get off Google and do some actual work. We wouldn't have to post these negative reviews if you actually did your job.

Called on January 8th to schedule an appointment for service on our heat pump... girl that answered the phone took my name and number and said someone would call me back. No one ever called. Called again January 18, girl that answered phone said they would call me back, no one called. Called again on January 19th, said they would try to work me in, never seen anyone and no one ever called. Tried one more time... called January 20, girl that answered the phone apologized, said for sure she would have someone get back with me, never heard anything! ☹
