Bakersfield Pool Supply

This is my new place for my pool needs!, excellent customer service!!! Let’s support local!!!

I was scheduled to have a representative from Bakersfield Pool Supply come to my home today (Saturday, April 6 at 11am.) to give me an estimate for a new pool sweep, filter system, salt generator, etc. . . They never showed! No phone call, no text, nothing. Just never showed. . . I have a budget of $5,000 for these new components. I guess they have more business than they can handle? Horrible customer service, vey unprofessional.

Pool tech that maintains our pool is prompt and professional. Informs us of any issues we need to resolve and status of pool for available use. Hoping one day to return to previous service provided when we started whereby pool business provided service, including chlorine tablets…vs customer providing tablets at a cheaper price range (due to supply chain issues).

I absolutely love it there! They treat you like family, I hardly know them but I feel like like I've known them for years! They don't try and get you for things you don't need like I've experienced other places, sometimes I leave not needing anything. Even once I went in thinking I needed to buy a new hose, and the lady asked what was wrong and just sold me the part that was only like 6 or 8 bucks. She didn't have to do that and that means a lot! They are trustworthy and just all around awesome people!!!

First time owner and decided to keep up with my pool myself. First time i went in for DE powder for my filter and the people are amazing and very knowledgeable with fair prices. If your having any issues you can take them pictures, videos, and water samples and they'll go out of their way to help you. Perfect 5 for them. Thank you guys. -Adrian.
