I have always had this concern with anything that has a really long warranty... Will the company be there to service the warranty or is it all just a big scam. Well, I had a roof done about 9 years ago by a company that does not exist any longer. But that company was bought by Bakersfield Roofing. That roof has a leak, so I contacted the original company, which forwarded me to this one. It was a crazy stormy weekend, which is pretty rare in Bakersfield. I left a message that stated something about how I was surprised they were not working because of the crazy weather (it was a Saturday). They never call me back.
