Working with BCI was absolutely incredible. Every single member of their team was AMAZING! They are so detail-oriented, friendly, efficient, available, and thorough. Would recommend 10/10 for any and all projects! By the end of my remodel, I considered them my friends and would gladly call on them again!

Working with Daniel and Daniel Jr. at Baladez Construction on our home renovation project was an absolute pleasure. Their team of skilled professionals is not only knowledgeable in their field, but also dedicated to providing top-notch quality and timely responses. They took the time to fully understand and appreciate what we needed and helped us develop a tailored solution that exceeded our expectations. Additionally, when a few small issues arose after our renovation was completed (as they typically do), the team immediately returned to address our concerns and ensured that we were satisfied. We fully intend to use them for all of our home renovation projects. I cannot recommend Baladez Construction highly enough for anyone looking to do a home renovation project.

My husband and I wanted to make some changes and additions to our home, as it would seem more feasible as oppose to moving. We called four companies for bids and felt the most comfortable with Baladez Construction due to the communication follow ups and etc. Daniel Sr came out a few times as our vision changed prior to starting the renovations. Daniel was very personable and easy to communicate with. We decided to add a shower to our half bath, convert the dinning room into a playroom, convert the garage tandem into a flex work space and the former flex into a bedroom. We started our project in April and finished early June. We are extremely happy and pleased with everything. Baladez Construction has done it again! This is the third house where we have used them for major painting and remodeling work. They have done an excellent job on all three houses. We have been pleased by their work and would recommend them to anyone. They are truly experts at what they do.They have recently added a decorator who has a great eye for color and design. She and the project managers will spend the time needed to make sure that all items have been addressed to your satisfaction. They take the time to finish the job well. You will not be disappointed with Baladez Construction. They are an A plus company! Its 2025 now but back in 2021 several rooms flooded after the freeze: master bedroom-closet & bath, living room, guest bathroom. After reviewing companies, Baladez stood out. I stopped by their office, and soon Daniel was showing me samples of what would be my new living room floor. Daniel Sr & Jr were both so kind & patient throughout the entire journey to not only rebuild but redesign our home. Daniel completely transformed our outdated home into a beautiful showcase. Now in 2025 my house needs age-related repairs and i have zero hesitation recommending Baladez because they are honest, easy to work with, answer the phone and are down to earth. Daniel explains each issue and step in detail, and never talks down to you. I cannot give this company a higher recommendation!
