He was patient with me and explained what was wrong with my system and gave me options on the best way to proceed without pressuring me into purchasing a new system. I ultimately decided to purchase a new American Standard Multi Speed system and it is performing exactly how he said it would and the install looks great. I am very pleased with Air Balance Services and will call them for anything HVAC related!

He was very patient and lent me an AC window unit while we waited for the part to arrive. He even worked on a holiday to install it.
