I have had Balanced Environments, LLC. help me with many projects over the years. They have done design work for me in my yard and they maintain my property. I feel their pricing is very fair for the quality of work they provide. I appreciate that their crews know my property and what I want and expect. The same crew services my property every year which I feel is very important because they know my preferences and expectations. They take great pride in their work and if they are not sure they contact me before doing something. When I have had concerns, their account representatives have responded quickly to address them. We’ve had an excellent experience using this team for both landscaping and snow removal across our large residential properties (and several commercial sites as well). Their responsiveness is truly unmatched — anytime we’ve had an urgent situation (like a downed tree), I can reach my dedicated manager, Frank, and they’re on-site immediately. The quality of work is consistently top-notch, and they’re also very competitive on pricing — they’re always willing to help us stay within budget, which our owners and clients genuinely appreciate. The best part is that I rarely even need to call because they’re proactive and the results are always excellent. Balanced Environments has been a trusted service provider for more than 10 years servicing all types of residential and commercial real estate. They have a great team, and provide prompt and high quality service.

Had a two employees of Balanced Environments disposing (shredding) branches and trees in a parking lot, where my brand new car was parked. Neither employees asked for anyone to move their cars, nor warned anyone. They proceeded to park directly in front of a few parked cars, and shredded wood and wood chips all over my vehicle, and others new vehicles, potentially damaging them. When I called to complain they should be more aware and respectful of their surroundings, the manager was rude, unhelpful and tried to target blame on me. I would not recommend Balanced Environments if you wish to keep your own, and others property taken care of properly and carefully or deal with respectful and caring management.
