From personal experience, it takes a lot to “wow” me these days. Needed plumbing assistance, remembered seeing excellent posts in the past. Paul did not disappoint. Call was returned quickly, appointment time and date was prompt. No surprise fees or “extra” charges. Customer service is top notch and in today’s world, customer service is key!! Have used them twice, will use them again for ALL of my plumbings needs.
