Unprofessional. Spoke to a manager. For assistance for a return. He told me I was “unprofessional because I lost a receipt” and that he “never lost a receipt in life”. Even though we payed with a personal card and had a copy of the receipt, and willing to show proof of ID, bank statement, and property owner ship to where the items was meant for.

Good selection seemed pricey. Can't buy partial loads so I had a lot of left overs that wasted materials and money.

They are priced a little more than the Orange Store across the street, but worth the customer service. Walked in, was helped immediately, drove my truck to the back, and 2 guys loaded me (with a great attitude) in 5 minutes with no waiting. Whats my time worth? A hell of a lot more than wasting an hour at the Orange store.
