Baldino's Lock & Key, Woodbridge

I stop by and met with Darrin Benson a few days ago. I needed to make a couple copies of some keys and change the locks so that all the locks went with one key. Darrin knocked it out in 10 mins and I was thinking I needed to come back several days later. Darrin also helped me with a new door lock, he quickly realized that there was an internal mechanism to change the direction of the lock. FANTASTIC service, thank you Darrin.

I visited to get two fob keys programmed, and Mr. Darrin provided excellent customer service. The price was fair, and I felt at ease getting service here. I trust this place more than Amazon when purchasing keys. The facility is clean and well-maintained.

There was an older guy who was annoyed and rude because we were trying to figure out what key we wanted. Said that we were a huge waste of time. Worst customer service and did not explain things clearly.

What an awesome experience at Baldinos’s Lock & Key while not being in a so awesome moment, I broke my car key in half & needed a replacement fast. I did some searching & called Baldino’s to inquire. When I arrived I was greeted & felt so welcomed. It was a comfortable feeling. Almost like I was visiting my dad because dad always finds a solution. It was easy & fast transaction . I highly recommend!! & refer to any of you Lock & Key needs.

The gentlemen working here is helpful and kind. He provided a great customer service experience. Will definitely come back here again for any of key/lock needs.
