Service technician was courteous,polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did to correct the problem. Avalon Heating & Air Conditioning were very professional, courtesy, kind, and had great work ethic. The technician went out of his way to answer EVERY question I had, which took about an hour out of his install time. He stopped and took the time to fully address my questions and concerns. They repaired stuff from the previous install that they didn't have to, I appreciated that they took the time to do that. I would highly recommend them!

Avalon Heating & Air Conditioning technician was able to get it working very easily and at a very fair price.They saved me a lot of money and i was very impressed.I would definitely recommend them.
