Impossible to work with. My wife and I were PCSing from across the country, and started coordinating to get a home 3 months before the PCS. We submitted our application 6 different times, each time it was “lost”. After calling them several times, we finally got one of the employees to verify the receipt of our application, we were told that we were good and on the wait list. A week after that I called to see if we had moved up the list any, and they said that we weren’t on the list since we hadn’t also submitted an application to the housing management office (this office is physically 20 feet from BBs office, I guess walking a copy down to them was to much work).
