I've had great experiences with this company. Brief blip on one delivery, but they did right by me and fixed it fast enough that I didn't lose any time on my production schedule. I buy all of my aggregate products from them. These pictures are some work I did with their 3/8" crushed stone. Very consistent characteristics and easy to use for a wide variety of applications.

Great place of your looking for aggregate supplies. The employee, I'm sorry I don't remember her name, at the front counter was extremely helpful in getting us the best information for making our decision on which product to use. They have the best delivery price in the Kalamazoo area as well.

We originally we satisfied with the work done. We requested a maintenance free landscaping. I do understand maintenance free doesn’t last forever but we expected it to last longer than six months. We have spent the summer pulling weeds and grass out of our landscaped areas. During on of the walk through we did with Balkemas we commented on the amount of material we could see through the river rock and we want more brought in. That did not happen. We had a water feature put in and it is still leaking water. Finally, we had a patio poured. Hunter, the site supervisor was young and inexperienced. The patio has started to crack, it hasn’t been down a year. When we first noticed the cracking we contact via email, Hunter. Four weeks later we have still yet to hear from Hunter or anyone at Balkem
