Justin recently converted our downstairs closet into a kitchen pantry, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The shelves are absolutely beautiful, and the space feels so much more open and functional. He was incredibly easy to work with—professional, reliable, and very knowledgeable about his craft. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to transform their space and will be using him again for future house projects!

I am heart fully sorry for mistaking your company with Ballard Built Cabinets from Willis Wharf, Va. They are excruciatingly painful to deal with and they lie about what they're delivering, when they're delivering it and how they're going to fix all the screw ups!!! You are not them!!!!

We have had the luck of getting to work with Justin from Ballard Built Designs on two large projects in the last couple of years. We finished our entire basement in a new home and they managed to creatively use the space to fit in all we wanted. They helped us with plans and layout and were very thoughtful in utilizing the space. When we recently moved, we called Justin to remodel our kitchen and he demonstrated again that he and his team were committed to maintaining the highest quality standards and was available to answer questions and make sure everyone was happy. I find them to have fair prices but the real value is how they go above and beyond to provide service for their projects.

We have used Justin for two large projects at our home, a kitchen makeover and a master bath makeover. His craftsmanship is high quality and his crew for paint and sheet-rock are excellent. If you need the job done in a hurry he may not be done for you, he is a very small operation and lots of jobs come his way due to the excellent work. He also has gone above and beyond in the engineering of the work, due to some issues created by the original builder that most would probably ignore or try to cover up, Justin took the next step and fixed the issue and in the process made a much better outcome.

I’ve seen Ballard Built construction company build quite a few homes and they are unquestionably fantastic. They build with quality and are on time. I highly recommend Ballard Built for your construction needs.
