Baltimore Grand Garage

A comfortable parking garage, spacious, well lit, and easy to drive in. It has 2 distinct elevator systems, one for the Hippodrome and one to Paca. You can come down the Fayette elevator, but often have to go back up the Paca one, so keep that in mind when you are noting where you parked. They have a QR code at the elevators that I skipped, but I think would have helped with this.

I parked here on Tuesday, Sept. 24, around lunch time. I tried to swipe my credit card upon leaving and the machine at the gate hung up. I proceeded to give my credit card to the female attendant and two days later I had a ton of fraudulent transactions on my card in the middle of the night. Thankfully, I saw the message from the bank immediately and froze the card before losing too much.. I know it was stolen at this garage because: 1. I only ever used this card twice in public. All other transactions were via third-party services (Apple Pay/PayPal). 2. I have a wallet that blocks RFID scanners. 3. I work in IT and have all of my systems/networks proxied and behind firewalls and monitor all inbound/outbound network traffic, so it wasn’t taken from there. 4. I’m white and have a $120k ca

Clean, clear directional signage, staff are smiling & helpful! Providing well-maintained trashcans is a plus, large capacity elevators smell fresh.

Excellent spot to park your car, then explore Baltimore. I chose it because of the close proximity with Edgar Alan Poe's grave..

I access this lot for work. Prior to obtaining my parking badge, the ticket stub payment is easy and straight forward, there's always parking spaces and someone there to help, they're kind and that's nice too.
