We have been customers for about 35 years over 3 homes with various branch offices and have been very happy with the company. Most recently we experienced a very strong lightning ground surge and lost our AC ...I called the after hours number and told them no one had to come that late at night but asked if they could send someone in the morning. The very next morning John, the service manager from the Columbia branch, sent Juan over to investigate the issues. Juan worked non stop in our hot attic trying to fix our unit but unfortunately, the end result was us needing a new unit. John kindly offered to talk to insurance adjuster to help us with a claim and although it didnt get approved right away...everyone at B&B AC and Heating was patient and helpful. We have been using B&B for our heating and A/C maintenance and service for the past 9 years. We found ourselves hosting out of town company Memorial Day weekend in 2012 when our A/C unit died. It happened to be one of those lovely 100 degree weekends and on top of that I was 8 months pregnant. After being turned away by our service company at the time, we found B&B. They came out right away and had our A/C back on within a day, even on a holiday weekend!! We switched our routine maintenance to them and never looked back. B&B has continued to offer on-time, reliable service since then. I find their prices to be fair and their recommendations to be valid and reasonable. I would highly recommend B&B!

This company is top rate! We have used them for our heating and air conditioning maintenance and repair and replacement for more than 2 decades. They are very punctual and always call to let you know exactly when the technician is on their way. The technicians are very polite, helpful and respectful of you and your property. Could not ask for a better company!

May 2022 Service. I have been using B&B since 1994 and they do not disappoint. They are always on time and they keep my system running efficiently. Jared was on time, courteous and very respectful of our home.

B&B installed a new heat pump and blower unit 10 years ago... works great!! Had them out recently for a simple maintenance... 'cause I like my A/C!!!
