This is the second time I’ve tried to visit this place and they were randomly closed because they don’t have staff… It’s a total inconvenience when these are supposed to be your operating hours and you just randomly close without any notice because you don’t have staff for your business… If you don’t have enough people, then you need to change your hours.

Went in after going to another place on Reisterstown Road and they had a new key ready in five minutes and also we’re able to replace my skeleton key for my back door! Highly recommend!!

Stopped by to see if these guys could find a matching key for a somewhat obscure lock on a motorcycle gas cap -- they did find it and made me a couple copies on the spot. Very helpful, recommend highly.

Had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Lenny was kind and professional and took care of everything I needed, and also solved a few issues with the existing locks that I didn't know were an option to fix. Everyone I spoke to from first inquiry through to finished job was responsive and helpful. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
