WOW! Chris Brown was nothing short of amazing. He was on time, he explained everything that was needed and why. He completed the work in a very timely manner and he was exceptionally, very friendly. I wish I had called Precision Doors in the past. Now, this is the only number you need to call for any of your garage door concerns...not taking anything away from their other technicians, I'm sure they are all pretty good. But Chris is the person I had the pleasure of workin with.

Eric came out and tried to tell us that we needed to buy a new door. My husband decided that we didn’t need a new door and asked for repair work instead. Eric did not fix the door properly and our door broke again only this time it almost fell off the track. My husband had pointed out to Eric that the track was bent and Eric said it was ok. My husband felt that Eric was trying to up sell the job because we didn’t purchase a new door as recommended. Sherman came today and put in larger roters unbent the door and lubed it and now our door is repaired as it should have been in the first place. Don’t be too quick to purchase a new door!
