Incredible results on my porcelain bathtub refinish. Bruce was an expert and walked me through step by step the process, showed me what he had done in different stages, and thoroughly explained how to take care of the refinish for lasting results. Baltimore's Best has a team of professional and friendly staff. The company was also very easy to work with in terms of scheduling an appointment. However, the quality of work leaves a lot to be desired. The spray on counter tops began to chip and flake within days of completion. After several months, rust began to accumulate on the bathtub drain. I had to caulk around the drain to prevent further chipping. The paint has also begun chipping in the middle of the bathtub. This is even after hand drying the tub after each use. For the price, I would expect the work to hold up for more than a year. I have attached images to show the quality.
