Drivers a very dangerous on the road, cutting people off and causing not only but almost two accidents in a matter of minutes between each other. I'm curious if Mark Bancroft really thought it was ok to go give the crew that's been at bath all winter long, $250 gas cards except for one person. right in front of the whole crew, left this person out cause they had given their two week notice!?! He travelled back and forth to Bath all winter long, the past four months paying almost fifty dollars a day in gas. Not even mentioning the wear and tear on the vehicle. This man has a family. This man has a mortgage he has to pay. This is how you treat your workers that show up every day!! That's why he gave his two week. He drove in every storm we had, from norridgewock to bath ever day all winter long. Been with this company a really long time. But you would leave him out! Contracted Bancroft to lift some large engineered beams into place and loved the experience. The office who did the scheduling are very helpful and friendly. My operator was amazingly talented and easy to work with. I can't recommend enough! Thank you Bancroft!
